Quandamooka Seasonal Cycles

Over thousands of years, Quandamooka people learned to read the signs of nature, enabling them to thrive in their natural environment. No natural process occurs in isolation – when particular flowers bloom or birds appear, they are always signs pointing to other processes in nature. In this video Quandamooka Traditional Custodian Elisha Kissick gives viewers an insight into some of the ways Quandamooka people have traditionally worked in harmony with nature and still do to this day.
